Happy International Cookie day!

 

Searching online it’s very easy to find recipes about cookies but… Are they healthy?

As a person who loves chocolate and cookies, and cares about diet It’s difficult to find good recipes

that matches my sweet tooth and keep me focus on my diet.

Here is my favorite… Fewer calories, less sat fat and 100 guilty free!

Ingredients

1 cup of natural peanut butter
2 cups light sweetener or 1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups oatmeal
1 tablespoon of baking soda
500 gr of Daniel’s dark, milk, or white chocolate chips

 

Steps

 Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Beat the eggs and sweetener or sugar, until foamy and thick.
Melt the peanut butter and add to the egg mixture.
Add oatmeal and Daniel’s dark, milk, or white chocolate. Mix well.
Place the dough by spoonfuls (one tablespoon per cookie) on a baking sheet or waxed paper.
