Daniel Chocolates is committed to providing you with our best chocolate and exceptional customer service followed by the terms and conditions below:
- Prices are FOB Vancouver and subject to change without notice.
- All rates and pricing are stated in Canadian dollars.
- Minimum order: $300.00 per shipment of combined products
- For food safety reasons, we can not accept returns.
- Terms of payment: Pre-paid / Terms with approval.
- Payment method: E-Transfer (pinky@danielchocolates.com) preferred. Visa/ Master card, subject to a 2.5% surcharge.
Shipping Conditions
Once your order is ready, Daniel Chocolates will arrange shipments at the following conditions:
- Shipping cost will be charged separately, once the order is ready for shipment. Please ensure all the necessary shipping and billing information is provided with accuracy when placing the order. We will not be responsible for errors in the information provided.
- Goods are shipped at the buyer’s risk, please refer claims to carrier.
- Delivery time: we will do our best to ship your order within a week.
- Shortages must be reported within 3 days of receipt of the goods.
- Ribbons and accessories on gift items may be different than shown in the pictures.
