Shipping policies, terms, and conditions

Daniel Chocolates is committed to providing you with our best chocolate and exceptional customer services followed by terms and conditions of shipping below:

  • All orders are processed and shipped within two business days from our factory in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
  • All rates and pricing are stated in Canadian dollars.
  • All rates and pricing listed below are applied for web orders only. For wholesales, don’t hesitate to get in touch with info@danielchocolates.com for more information.
  • Delivery times apply to business days only. Weekends and holidays are not included.
  • Orders shipped to rural or remote areas may require longer delivery times.
  • All shipping rates and taxes are calculated per delivery and applied to each shipping location. Check our rates per location below.
  • Surcharge on shipping fees may apply to orders due to unexpected extreme weather in Vancouver and shipping locations.
  • We may temporarily suspend all shipping options when the weather is too warm.
  • Rates and shipping policies are subject to change without notice.

Please ensure all the necessary shipping and billing information are provided with accuracy when placing the order. We will not be responsible for errors in the information provided.

Available exclusively for standard shipping in the locations listed below. Will be applied at Checkout to each recipient address over $100.00 before applicable taxes or additional shipping-related charges.

The expected delivery times are an estimate and for information purposes only. A tracking number will be sent to you when your order leaves our factory. We are not responsible for shipping issues while your product is in transit.

Taxes and duties on orders shipped to the U.S are at the buyers’ expense and informed by the assigned shipping company. 

Expected delivery times for orders shipped to the U.S vary across the country. Don’t hesitate to contact us at info@danielchocolates.com for time-sensitive orders before you place an order.

We only ship within Canada and the U.S. and cannot fulfill any other international shipping destination. We appreciate your understanding.

Have a lot of presents to send out?

Send us your list, and we will take care of everything else, preparing your order and shipping the gifts to each recipient. Email us your list at marketing@danielchocolates.com or call +1 (604) 879-7782 for assistance.

The cost of shipping will be determined on each individual mailing address.

Factory pick-up for web orders is only available at our Head Office/ Factory:

Please allow us two business days to process the order. Our system will send you a notice when your order is ready.

If for any reason you want to cancel a pickup order, we offer a full refund when the request is made within ten business days of the pickup notification. Please note that your order will be automatically cancelled without a refund if we do not hear from you after ten business days.

Due to food safety, we apologize that we are unable to accept any exchange or return requests. 

Orders which are unable to deliver may be returned to us by the shipping company. If the customer wants to have the order resent, the additional shipping fees will be at the customer’s expense.
